Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AirBackups ("Service"), operated by ENABLE IT SRL ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AirBackups provides automated backup solutions for Airtable bases, including data, attachments, and base structure. The Service is offered on a subscription basis per Airtable base, as described on our Pricing page.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

4. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, Airtable's terms of use, and applicable laws. You may not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to harm others or our infrastructure.

5. Billing and Payment

Fees are as set out on our Pricing page. Payment is due in advance for the chosen period (monthly or annual). Prices are in EUR; VAT may apply. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method until you cancel. We may change prices with reasonable notice; continued use after change constitutes acceptance.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process and store backup data as necessary to provide the Service and as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

We own all rights in the Service, its design, and our brand. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to use your data only to provide and improve the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. We are not liable for data loss beyond our obligation to store backups as described.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
