- ·Usage and billing: subscription plan, payment-related data (processed by our payment provider), and logs of your use of the Service.
- ·Backup data: the data from your Airtable bases that you choose to back up (data, structure, and references to attachments). We store this to provide the backup Service.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- ·Provide, maintain, and improve AirBackups.

- ·Send service-related communications (e.g. backup notifications, security or billing messages).

We may use subprocessors (e.g. hosting, storage, payment, email) to operate the Service. Backup data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure (e.g. Google Cloud). We require subprocessors to protect your data and only use it for the purposes we specify. We do not sell your personal data.

We retain account and backup data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and comply with law. After you delete your account or a backup, we delete or anonymize data in line with our retention policy, except where we must keep it for legal reasons.

Under applicable law (including GDPR), you may have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. in Belgium).
