Refund Policy

ENABLE IT SRL ("we", "us") operates AirBackups. Payments for AirBackups are processed by Paddle. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work and forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Refund Window

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the date of the charge.

3. How Refunds Are Decided

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Paddle will refuse a refund request if they find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles Paddle to counterclaim the refund.

This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period.

5. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests are assessed by Paddle in line with this policy. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

6. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
